What payment methods are accepted?

REFUND POLICY

Can I get a refund if I can’t participate?

Registration deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances

However, if you’ve made additional payments in excess of your deposit and cannot attend, you may roll over those funds as band credit for THE FOLLOWING SEASON “2027” due to the custom nature of our costume designs.

• Payments are refundable minus the registration (deposit) fee.

• Refund requests must be submitted on or before March 15th, 2026.

• Refund requests received after March 15th, 2026 will not be processed.

BAND CREDIT POLICY

• Band credit does not include your registration (deposit) fee.

• Band credit applies only to additional payments made beyond the deposit.

Example:

If your deposit is USD $150 and your total payments equal USD $350, your eligible band credit will be USD $200.

Additional guidelines:

• Band credit is valid for the upcoming carnival year only (2027).

• Band credit is non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Band credit must be requested on or before June 30th, 2026.

• Requests received after June 30th, 2026 will not be accommodated due to production timelines.

Registration Deposit

All registration deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. The deposit secures your costume allocation, materials, and production slot.

Refund Eligibility (Payments Beyond Deposit)

Payments made in excess of the registration deposit may be eligible for refund upon request, subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted on or before March 15, 2026

• Approved refunds will be issued minus the non-refundable deposit

• Requests received after March 15, 2026 will not be processed

Band Credit Option

In place of a refund, customers may request band credit equal to payments made beyond the deposit amount.

Band credit:

• Excludes the deposit fee

• Is non-refundable

• Is non-transferable

• Must be requested on or before June 30, 2026

• Is valid for the following carnival season only

Example Calculation

If your deposit is USD $150 and your total payments equal USD $350, your eligible band credit would be USD $200.

Production Policy

All XUVO costumes are custom-designed and produced in limited quantities. As such, all deadlines are strictly enforced to maintain production timelines and quality standards.

Force MajeureXUVO Carnival shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to Wars, Rumours of War, Pandemics, Natural Disasters, Man-made Disasters, Governmental restrictions, supplier disruptions, or unforeseen operational conditions.

Xuvo Carnival accepts all major credit/debit cards via our online platform, Playmas.App.

Local bank transfers are accepted at:

Please note that only online bank transfers are accepted; cash deposits at bank branches are not permitted.

Bodywear, Backline & Male: $150 USD

Midline:$200

Frontline: $250 USD

Ultra: $300 USD

50% Payment Deadline: March 31, 2026

75% Payment Deadline: May 15, 2026

100% Payment Deadline: June 30, 2026
